Quiet the Mind Body and Spirit with a 30 minute guided meditation. Disconnect from our busy lives and just focus on breath and body awareness.

Classes On Demand


This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. We use props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets to support the postures, while gently stretching and strengthening the  entire body. This class is appropriate for students of all levels and physical abilities.

Historically based in Taoist practice. In yin yoga we target the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, along with the energetic systems of the body. Bringing the body into balance and increasing its natural range of motion. Most poses are done while seated or lying down and are held in stillness for 3-5 minutes. This practice helps to regulate energy and balance the mind.

Deep Stretch

ideal for students of all levels who are particularly tight or recovering from injuries. Deep Stretch is a class that emphasizes the deep and juicy stretch of all major muscles and connective tissues through a series of slow movements and breath awareness. We seek ways to release tightness in your body, whether it’s in your hips and shoulders or hamstrings and quads. We end the class with relaxing, in a resting pose to prepare your body and mind for life!

Set to music our soulful vinyasa class builds heat, strength and flexibility while allowing the mind to flow into an exuberant state of meditation by traveling inward. Attention is given to alignment of the physical form as well as to the subtle energy body (chakras).
